Telford's Warehouse in Chester will host the official Chester Pride Fundraising Party, featuring the wonderful Wanda Why who’ll tease you into the evening on Saturday, May 16.
Self-proclaimed ‘King Of The Codpiece’ Rusty Von Chrome and burlesque babe Lolly Liqueur will be ‘chewing the scenery’ plus there will be live music from Baby Brave and a musical backdrop from DJ Jon Nelson. Entry is free before 9pm and £4 afterwards.
The event will take place at Watershed so from 9pm, censorship will be screwed up and tossed into the canal. Expect rude, crude and downright outrageous from the get go-go.
Sirens will roar as Rusty Von Chrome pulls off his American cop impersonation and we’ll live out our fantasies with Lolly’s fairy-tail re-enactments.
DJ Jon Nelson will be spinning everything from Queen to Dean and The Weenies with requests welcome.
Live alt pop band Baby Brave will also be performing. With recent support slots under their belt for Charlotte Church and Steeling Sheep they play a blissed out summer pop selection of original songs influenced by Tilly and The Wall, The B52s to more recent acts like St Vincent and My Bloody Valentine.
