After a season with The Wind in the Willows, Chapterhouse are transforming another classic children’s story into a fun-filled family show.
You are even invited to come in your favourite animal costumes and really get into the swing of things.
In this adaptation by award-winning writer Laura Turner, all your favourite animal characters are brought to life to create an enchanting and fun-filled musical show for children of all ages.
Join Mowgli on his wonderful adventures with the lovable and wise Baloo the Bear, the powerful panther Bagheera, not to mention mischievous monkeys and the terrifying tiger Shere Khan.
Producer Richard Marin said: “We have barely had time to finish touring with all the marvellous creatures from The Wind in the Willows and now we embarking on a completely new adventure with bears and panthers in the wonderful stories of The Jungle Book.
“There is something so magical about nature and how we relate to it that makes seeing Baloo, Ka and Bagheera spring to life incredibly thrilling.
“This show is musical and in places a little bit silly but at the heart of it is the incredible stories written for a different age but which have remained absolutely timeless.”
The Jungle Book will be performing at National Trust property at Erddig in Wrexham on Saturday, July 26 at 6.30pm.
