A former Hammond School student is on an international tour of a top stage show.
James-Royden Lyley is playing in Mamma Mia! in Basel in Switzerland, a production which will transfer to Blackpool Opera House this summer, from June 20 to September 14.
James grew up in Chester and began his training with The Royal ballet Junior Associates and Hammond Lower School before moving to London to train at Millennium Performing Arts.
His theatre credits include; Fire and Ice in Excellence (Sadler’s Wells, London); Cupid in Sleeping Beauty (Royal Opera House); Joe in The Pyjama Game (Cochrane Theatre); Boatswain in HMS Pinafore (Battersea Barge); Peter Pan (Worthing Dome).
