GOLF: ONE of South Cheshire's leading golf clubs is offering Chronicle readers the chance of a dream round on their Pro Tour course.
Wychwood Park Golf Club in Weston is offering four lucky winners the chance of an 18-hole round on any Monday to Friday from now until October 31.
The day, which is valued at around £200, will include coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf on the fantastic championship course followed by a one course lunch.
The offer comes as the club gears up for its inaugural Wychwood Park Annual Corporate Invitational on Monday, April 3.
The event is to offer local businesses the opportunity to take advantage of what a corporate membership or corporate golf day can do for their business.
Over 200 local businesses across Cheshire and Staffordshire have been invited to the event and so far there has been an overwhelming response.
A club spokesman said: 'Golf and business are two areas that go hand in hand and business golf is very much a part of the corporate world.
'If there are people who have yet to reply I would urge them to do so quickly to avoid disappointment.'
The club is in just its fourth year and is
hoping to improve its profile for the facilities it can offer both on and off the golf course. Despite being in its early years the club has proved a massive success story hosting the EuroPro tour in 2003.
The spokesman added: 'Even then the majority of the professional golfers commented on how Wychwood Park was one of the best courses they had played in England.'
Also on site is a dedicated training and meeting complex, comprising nine main meeting rooms, 18 syndicate rooms and 108 bedrooms helping make Wychwood Park one of the premier golf and business venues in the North West.
