TOM Shiels has been forced to withdraw from the North West Counties final.
The Vauxhall Motors ABC boxer earned his place with three fights in a week, ending with his defeat of St Aloysius fighter Liam Milner.
But an injured knuckle has ruled him out of the final and Milner replaces him.
Motors light-heavyweight Mike Walker emerged from his re-match with Preston fighter Stuart King with a second win, despite his opponent failing to make the weight.
Walker cruised to victory back in December and was invited for a re-match at Ribbleton Conference Centre in Preston to take on the Larches ABC man.
Motors coach Richie Pope said: 'It was obvious they were trying it on when King was well over the agreed weight for the fight. But I was confident Mike had improved since their December meeting so I took it anyway.'
At the first bell, King came out fired up on the front foot with the backing of his home crowd.
In the second Walker increased his punch-rate and literally knocked the confidence out of King.
By the third he was in the driving seat to a second unanimous points decision to add to a growing run of wins.
