Late contributions from Marsh, a 78-34 winner, and Morris, who took his frame 55-33, steered Corpy home 8-1, leaving their team in second place.
Another side on top form were United Services Club A who whitewashed Widnes Rec B. Paul Syers had breaks of 22 and 20 in a 77-44 victory.
Simms Cross A lie fourth after taking maximum points against WBC. The winners' efforts were spearheaded by Ste Biggs, a 98-31 winner.
Halton Stadium B (Danny Naughton 66-36) top Division Three after a 9-0 demolition of Holy Family B. Moorfield B, in fourth, continued the full-house trend at the expense of Conservative Club A with R O'Neill triumphing 99-1.
Simms Cross C, second in Division Four, picked up all but one point against Oddfellows.
Their star was Billy Murnane, a 103-22 winner who scored a 43 break along the way.
Chief support came from J Price (97-14).
Pavilions B are immediately behind Simmies. They destroyed WCC B 8-1 with Adrian Marshall having breaks of 31 and 20. Lee Gascoigne (80-12) and Dave Ellison (65-16) provided valuable back-up.
United Services Club B took consolation in defeat to Village Rooms.
