Cheshire Juniors, based at Stanney Oaks, staged an ‘All Stars’ event which featured more than 100 club members and supporters.
Each team was made up from a player from each of the Cheshire Juniors’ eight National League teams, plus a coach and a parent or two.
The final went to a penalty throw shoot-out after the final whistle went at 31-31. The Blue team pictured pipped the Greens to take the title.
Club chairman Kim Leedham’s daughter Kirsty, an ex England and GB under 20s player, played in one of the teams.
Stuart Jones, father of Alex Jones, point guard for under 16s team, said: “It was tough enough to play a proper game but great fun to also take on my son and show him a trick or two!”
