ROB Tudor continued his fine form for West Cheshire AC at the weekend.
The distance runner – so often to the fore for this club in recent months – clocked a new 10k personal best of 33 minutes and 37 seconds at the Whitley Road Race, near Warrington.
It meant he finished fourth overall and second in the over 45 age group.
Tudor was joined at the fixture by team-mates Mark Davies (67th in 41 minutes) and Mike Perchard (141st in 46:18).
The race was won by Liverpool Harriers’ Dan Cliffe (31:30).
Tudor was not listed in West Cheshire AC’s Men’s Endurance Running Competition at the end of March.
The keenly-contested points encounter was headed by Dave Alexander, just one point ahead of second-placed Dave Hough, with Mark Davies in third spot.
Laura Bestow headed the women’s competition table at the end of March, just one point clear of reigning champion Mary Radford in second position. Julie Wood was in third position.
