WHITE Lion roared into the final of the WC Barker Memorial Trophy after an emphatic semi-final success against Sydney Arms.
Peter Griffiths grabbed a brace for Lion with Garret and Griggs netting the other two goals in a 4-1 win. Peter Whitehead scored Sydney's consolation with an excellent 25-yard drive.
Lion will meet Willaston White Star in the final at Reaseheath College on Sunday, May 23.
In the Premier Division of the Crewe Regional League, a solitary strike from Richard Davenport was enough to give Nantwich Young Farmers victory over Frog and Ferret.
The only outstanding issue in the Premier Division is who will be runners-up to Bentley Motors.

In Division One, Salvador earned a 2-2 draw with AC Wickstead to end their season on a high note. Toby Barnes grabbed the goals for Salvador while Tomkinson and Betteley were on target for AC.
Despite a poor playing season, Salvador have been a credit to the league, incurring only one caution throughout the campaign.
Clay Lane thrashed The Vine 6-1 with Batton hitting a hat-trick and Wrighton, Sutton and an own goal completing the tally. Foster grabbed The Vine's reply.

Aspinall hit four goals with Hardstaff hitting a hat-trick and Simpson and Brookes also finding the net.
Astbury netted Old Corinthians' consolation goal.
Alsager Cricket Club finished runners-up thanks to a 3-2 victory over Alsager Plough with Heller hitting a double and Biddulph adding the third.
