The visitors batted first and posted 175-9 with Ian Barlow (46) and Andrew Ainsworth taking 4-23.
In reply, Kingsley were bowled out for 114 with Andy Barlow taking 4-25.
At Stalybridge St Paul's, the home side beat BUNBURY by seven wickets.
Bunbury were bowled out for 197 with Simon Lamb scoring 54 and Nick Swinbank 37 but the home side won the game with 198-3 with skipper Corless putting on 64 and M Omar finishing on 72 not out.
At Sandbach, ELLESMERE PORT drew their game.
Sandbach were bowled out for 243.
In reply, Port, who fielded a number of second stringers, ground out a draw scoring 153-8 with Gareth Boys top scoring with 42.
In Division Two, SAUGHALL drew away at Wilmslow Wayfarers.
Wilmslow batted first and posted 277-6. In reply, Saughall reached 188-6 with skipper James Huxley (35), Martin Huxley (35) and Michael Andrews (35).
FRODSHAM drew their match at Grange.
They batted first and made 269-7 with B Large unbeaten on 145no and T Wilkinson 69.
In reply, Grange made 151-8 with Large taking 5-41.
In Division Three, CAPENHURST conceded their match away at Rylands.
