CHILDREN at Wolverham Primary School have been getting fruity as part of a healthy eating initiative.
Pupils took part in a Funny Fruity Face Plate session run by Links Healthy Living Centre in Ellesmere Port.
Community food workers from the Links are targeting schools to increase the availability of fruit and vegetables.
They provided a variety of fruits which the children were encouraged to eat after making funny faces. They all received stickers and goodie bags.
