All ages showed they cared by holding events as part of the national fundraising day in aid of Children in Need
nWEST Cheshire College held a range of fun fundraisers to help Pudsey Bear as part of this year’s Children in Need.
Students were sponsored for a tag-team bikeathon, each taking their turn to be in the saddle on an exercise bike at the campus.
Another student was sponsored for the 26-mile Chester Marathon, while a charity zumbathon kept everyone in the groove.
Other activities which added to the fundraising pot were a cake, sweets and gift stall, a tombola stall and a cake raffle.
After all the proceeds were counted up at the end of the day, a grand total of £550 had been raised.
