Thursday Apr 16: 9.30-12.15pm, quit smoking support by appointment; 10-10.45am, diddi dance class for 2-4 year olds; 10.15-11.15am, Footprints walk from Westminster Community Centre; 11am- 12noon, In The Bag fruit & veg bag scheme at Westminster Community Centre; 12noon-1pm, Over 55’s Tai Chi at Thelwall Road Community Centre; 12.15-1.15pm Footprints walk from Overpool Community Centre; 1.15-2.15pm, Beginners Salsa at Overpool Community Centre; 6-7pm, Fitness Pilates.

Friday Apr 17: 10.15-11.15am, Footprints walk from Wolverham Community Centre; 11am – 12noon, In The Bag fruit & veg bag scheme at Wolverham Community Centre; 1.30– 2.30pm gentle seated exercise at Wolverham Community Centre; 12.15-1.15pm Stretch n Tone gentle yoga; 2.30–4pm, falls prevention exercise class.

Monday Apr 20: 11.30am-12noon, Beginners Belly Dancing; 12noon-1pm, Improvers belly dancing; 1-5pm, quit smoking by appointment; 1-2pm, baby massage; 1.30-3.30pm, baby café; 2.45-3.30pm, In The Bag fruit and veg bag scheme at The Acorns school; 6-8pm, quit smoking by appointment.

Tuesday Apr 21: 9.30am-12noon, quit smoking support by appointment; 11am-12noon, In The Bag fruit & veg bag scheme; 1-4.30pm, bulge busters, nutritional advice by appointment; 3-5pm, belly dancing practice; 7.30-9.30pm, meditation group.

Wednesday Apr 22: 9am-12.45pm, Holistic Therapies by appointment; 12.30pm, one-hour walk leaves Links Healthy Living Centre; 2.45-3.30pm, In The Bag fruit and veg bag scheme at The Oaks school; 4.15-5.15pm, Tai Chi at Little Sutton Methodist Church.
