PRESIDENT Rob Brown welcomed Joan and Charles Cahill as members of Vale Royal Lions, both sponsored by Maureen Hellyer-Brown.
The club was very pleased to receive two new members, who will join the team and pursue the club’s aim of serving the community.
The Lions continually strive to raise money to donate locally, having recently distributed more than 40 large Easter Eggs in the area which have been raffled to generate funds.
They are shortly holding their annual golf competition at Macdonald Portal Championship course at Tarporley, the proceeds of which will go to the Joshua Tree Fund.
