GROUNDWORK Wrexham & Flintshire is currently running an ILM (Intermediate Labour Market) to help people seeking employment.
The programme provides opportunities for people who are unemployed in the Wrexham and Flintshire area to undertake training in woodworking or construction skills with the aim of supporting the development of environmental regeneration projects undertaken by Groundwork or through a placement with an employer.
Individuals participating on the scheme will receive a minimum wage, assistance with job search, confidence building and additional qualifications including first aid and health and safety to ensure that beneficiaries can secure further employment.
