THE family of a father-of-three who died after his motorbike crashed into a lamppost in Weaverham have paid tribute to “a beloved father, son, brother, uncle and grandson”.

Frank Drury, 27, died at Leighton Hospital on Sunday, July 13, following the accident on Northwich Road at 3am.

Mr Drury, of Caldy Way, leaves three young children but was separated from their mother, the Chronicle understands.

A family statement released this week read: “Frank was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle and grandson. He will be sadly missed by all those who loved him.

“Frank was a fun loving family man. His family and close friends were his world. He doted on his three children and the rest of his family. He would do anything for them and was always there at the drop of a hat when needed.

“He lived life to the full and enjoyed everything he did.”

The pillion passenger on Mr Drury’s 600cc Suzuki GSR, 33-year-old Leon Heron, suffered serious leg injuries. Mr Heron, of Aldford Way, Winsford is still in Leighton Hospital, but is condition is described as “stable”.
