A BURGLAR burst into an elderly man’s home and stole his cash.
The offender, who was wearing dark clothing and is around 30 years-old, called at the property in Dudley Road, Ellesmere Port between 12-2pm on Thursday.
When the victim opened his front door the thief forced his way through before fleeing with a quantity of cash.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen a male acting suspiciously in the area at the time of the offence to contact them.
