A TEMPORARY ice rink will be installed at West Cheshire College next week.
The college will install the skating venue in its 12,240sq ft rotunda from Monday, October 15, and it will be open until Saturday, October 27.
Sara Mogel, principal at West Cheshire College, said: “We have this amazing space within the college building which is an ideal venue for lots of different events and activities.
“The ice rink is the start of our autumn/winter calendar of events and we hope the local community pop in and have a go.
“Ice skating is great fun and a great way of exercising too."
The ice rink will be open at the following times:
Monday-Friday, October 15-19, from 11am-2pm and 4-7pm.
Saturday, October 20, from 10am-3.15pm.
Monday-Friday, October 22-26, Friday, October 26, from 10am-3.15pm.
Saturday, October 27, from 10am-noon for an under-11s Spooktacular Hallowe’en party on ice.
Prices, including skate hire are £4 for adults and £2 for children, which is for a 45-minute session with 30 minutes skating time.
