A PANTOMIME donkey, The Stig and Three Musketeers were among the hundreds of characters who caused a stir at Sir John Deane’s College just before the holidays.
That’s when hundreds of students donned fancy dress costumes to raise money for charity at their annual ‘Uniform Day’.
The event was organised by the college’s Student Charities Committee and raised £1,000 for the Jacob Marsland Appeal.
Jacob, who attends Hartford Manor CP School, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer when he was aged four. The family are raising money to seek specialist treatment available in the USA.
