PUPILS at an Ellesmere Port school have been busy creating posters as part of a health awareness scheme.
Children at St Bernard’s Primary in Sherbourne Road had teamed-up with Cheshire Oaks to mark Breast Cancer Awareness month.
The youngsters have decorated giant pink ribbon posters which are now on display at the outlet village.
Cheshire Oaks marketing executive Helen Williams visited St Bernard’s to meet the arty children.
She said afterwards: “The pupils have done a fantastic job decorating the posters and we are showing off their hard work at the centre.
“We have had lots of activities throughout October to help raise money for a local breast cancer charity, as well as raising awareness of the issues surrounding the illness.”
Shortly the best poster will be selected by the centre manager and a prize awarded to the winner.
However, all the pupils involved have received a ticket for two at the Vue Cinema in recognition of their efforts.
