MONDAY is the closing date for the public to give their views on proposed guidelines for parking enforcement.
Cheshire West and Chester Council is responsible for enforcing parking restrictions which help to manage the flow of traffic, ensure emergency vehicles have unimpeded access and to provide a fair distribution of available parking spaces.
