TWO ponies have been rewarded for being long in the tooth.
Hannah, 23, and Samson, 20, have been given long service award medals at Foxes Riding School in Ledsham.
The duo provide rides for disabled people across Ellesmere Port, Wirral and Chester through Riding for the Disabled.
Glenny Richardson, new chair of the charity, said: “Both ponies are owned by Foxes Riding School and have been resident there for a very long time.
“They have given thousands of rides to disabled people and thoroughly deserve their long service award medals.”
