A REVISED agreement to keep service levels high has been signed between representatives of a housing association and its residents.
The Federation of Clwyd Alyn Tenants, Residents and Leaseholders' Associations, and Clwyd Alyn Housing Association have launched a revised Tenants' Compact.
The compact is a formal agreement within which the Federation and the Association, are committed to working in partnership to provide a high quality service for all tenants and residents.
The compact was officially signed by Roy Parry, chairman of the federation, and David Owen, chairman of Clwyd Alyn.
Both the federation and Clwyd Alyn have been active partners in promoting tenant and resident involvement in the way services are managed.
The first compact was signed in 2001 and the original document has been updated.
Roy Parry said: 'The federation is pleased to sign this agreement with Clwyd Alyn, which will further support the excellent relationship we have developed over the years, building a positive future for the tenants, residents and leaseholders of Clwyd Alyn.'
David Owen said: 'The Association is extremely proud of its pioneering approach to tenant/resident involvement, and we are committed to promoting greater involvement and empowerment of our tenants and residents to enable us to continue delivering high quality services and build sustainable communities for the future.'
