OVERNIGHT lane closures will enable resurfacing work to be completed on the M53.
The stretch between Junction 4 and Junction 5, Bebington to Ellesmere Port, and the A41 Junction with Junction 5 (Ellesmere Port) will be subject to closure in both directions overnight, including slip roads and roundabouts, from 10pm-5am until May.
The installation of a safety system from Junction 9 to Junction 16 of the M56, Lymm to Ellesmere Port, will disrupt traffic for longer than expected.
The works, originally scheduled to be complete at the end of March will continue until mid-April.
