PATIENTS are being reminded of contact details for emergency out of hours medical help over the Easter break.
The out of hours service can only help patients with urgent medical problems that cannot wait until surgeries re-open on Tuesday, March 29.
The service cannot make appointments for surgeries, deal with routine medical problems or provide repeat prescriptions.
Those patients who receive repeat prescriptions from their doctors are advised to request them prior to Easter to ensure supplies last over the holiday period.
The telephone number for patients registered with a GP in Wrexham is 08450 202131.
