THERE are no weak links in CHAIN, the Cheshire Anti-Incineration Network.
The campaigning group has earned respect and admiration across the region for their determined crusade to prevent a massive incinerator being built at Lostock Gralam.
The jury is still out on whether their strategy will ultimately be successful and stop the smoke stack appearing on our skylines.
But no-one can fault their total commitment to the project.
No stone has been left unturned if it might help their case – or undermine their opponents.
Certain their eco-cause is just, they have demanded people stand and up and be counted against forces with far more resources.
