Rebalance the law to protect residents.
Abolish the Crown Prosecution Service, returning to local police prosecutions.
UKIP would abolish Anti Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs).
UKIP regards the lack of youth centres and other outlets for legitimate activity as a problem that exacerbates the situation.
UKIP would introduce ‘Boot Camps’ for young offenders to stop them spiralling into a life of crime.
