Ellesmere Port Inspector Peter Case said: “We have been working with residents in the Frost Mews area, and in particular Ms Bailey, for some time and will continue to do so.
“Ms Bailey was the victim of a burglary on May 13 and we quickly arrested a 14-year-old and 17-year- old who have been charged.
“Thanks to the close work between my officers and the community, several of those committing anti-social behaviour have been identified and are going through the ASB process at the moment to ensure that they and their families are aware of the impact their behaviour is having on the community and put measures to control their behaviour in place.
“Others committing anti-social behaviour have had warnings about their behaviour.
“We take all incidents of anti-social behaviour very seriously and encourage residents to report it.
“Unfortunately tackling issues like this takes a considerable amount of time and effort, something which my officers and I are dedicating to this area.”
