CANCER charity Marie Curie Cancer Care is looking for people to take on a challenge.
The North Wales and Shropshire fundraising team wants people from all walks of life to sign up to the Inca Trail.
The charity will be taking 30 trekkers to South America next May to discover the lost land of the Inca’s, Machu Picchu.
The 10-day trip includes acclimatisation days in the Sacred Valley of Peru, exploring historic Inca ruins and getting to know the local culture.
This is all before a four-day, 26-mile trek on the Inca Trail to the magnificent ruins of Machu Picchu.
Marie Curie Cancer Care will be running the trip on May 21, 2009.
Participants need to pay a registration fee of £299 and raise a minimum of £3,000 in sponsorship.
