THE chance to win a recording session has been added to the list of prizes for Neston’s Got Talent.

Ian Lewis, owner of Whitby Studios, Ellesmere Port, is offering the session to the best musical act to perform at the show on Saturday, July 3.

This will be a special prize to be awarded by the judges, and can be won by any musical act in any of the age categories.

Neston’s Got Talent Finals will be taking place during this year’s Neston Village Fair.

On the day, the top three acts in each of three age categories (five-10, 11-18 and adults) will be performing, having been selected at auditions at this month.

Whitby Studios has been established in Ellesmere Port for 15 years, helping hundreds of artists and bands to make music.

The recipients will be invited to the studios to record their performance, with the session being photographed by Linda Pelling, who is also offering the prize of a portfolio photo shoot in the adult category.

Full details of the competition and entry forms are available from Neston Town Hall, Neston Library and at CH64. The closing date for entries is Friday, May 21.
