WELSH star Max Boyce will be joined by special guests at Llandudno’s Venue Cymru on Sunday, October 19.

After 35 years of touring there is still demand for tickets to Max Boyce concerts.

Following his BBC series, Max Boyce’s World Cup Journey, filmed this time last year and the BBC Wales’ nomination for the Bafta award as best live entertainment award, the demand for tickets for his 2008 spring tour was phenomenal.

Venues all over the country sold out weeks before his performances.

Many of the theatres Max was unable to play during this period are included in his Autumn tour.

Additional dates have been added whenever possible, including the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff.

This is Max’s 35th year playing to live audiences.

His band will join him when they take to the stage and deliver songs and stories from Hymns and Arias to Swansea Town.

Max’s special guests will be the Ysgol Glanaethwy Choir, runners up from the BBC series Last Choir Standing.

Max Boyce and guests will be playing at Venue Cymru on Sunday, October 19, at 7.30pm.
