YOU could help make the streets of Chester tremble by joining in the biggest parade of giants

Chester has a family of giants which has walked the streets of the city since the 10th century.

Now the BiG Storage firm on Sealand Road has teamed up with organisers ChestertheGiantCity to work together to create something ginormous for midsummer and want as many people as possible to take part in the BiG Giant Parade in Chester.

The organisers have already invited national giants to come and join the parade and individuals and community groups from across the district are busy building giants to bring to the festival.

But the organisers want even more people to get involved and join the parade in the city centre on Saturday and Sunday, June 20-21.

Everyone taking part will gather in the gardens of Rufus Court ready for the 1.30pm parade. Then it’s back to Rufus Court for a tea party.
