HOPEFUL Romeos looking for a romantic way to pop the question on February 14 are in luck.
For one night only, Vue at Cheshire Oaks is offering one person the chance to have their own magical movie moment by proposing to their Valentine, on screen, in front of a packed cinema audience.
Any men or women wishing to propose in this unique way should send an email to email@example.com explaining why they deserve to be chosen, along with the name of their local Vue cinema.
Once the winner is selected, a special Vue cinema proposal squad will be in touch to make sure everything runs smoothly. The video will be shown after the trailers during a regular movie showing on February 14.
Each lucky couple will also receive an ‘engagement gift’ of two VIP Vue passes and a special certificate to treasure for the rest of their lives together.
Mark de Quervain, Vue sales and marketing director, said: “Everyone wants to make their marriage proposal as romantic and memorable as possible and I can’t think of a better way to declare your love to someone than on a big screen in full surround sound, in front of fellow movie-goers. We are really looking forward to helping someone make their loved one extremely happy this Valentine’s Day.”
