AN EIGHTY-YEAR-OLD woman sustained these injuries on a bus.
Jean Hill of Hoole is appealing for witnesses to show how she was injured travelling home on the ChesterBus women's safe bus on January 13.
She is unhappy with the response to her complaint to ChesterBus that she fell when the bus moved off before she had the chance to sit down.
Mrs Hill wants five passengers who were on the bus to come forward, after the company told her she fell when the bus was stationary.
She said the driver and female escort offered to take her straight home, but due to the shock she stayed on the bus as she did not want to disrupt the journey for the other passengers.
Mrs Hill said: 'I wanted to leave it and put it down to an accident as I liked the driver very much. It is not a matter about compensation, he is making me out to be a liar.'
Witnesses can contact her solicitor, Rodney Spencer, on 01244 318 016.
