A LEADING construction firm has been chosen to maintain 800 properties ran by Weaver Vale Housing Trust.
J&S Seddon Painting Ltd will redecorate and paint the trust’s properties in Helsby and across Mid-Cheshire over the next four years.
The painting programme aims to ensure that the exterior of all customers’ homes is kept in the best possible condition by returning every five years to carry out maintenance and painting work.

HELSBY Parish Council has organised a venue for the residents of Helsby to view an application to extend the Tesco superstore on Chester Road.
The application will be on view on Wednesday, August 6, from 4-8pm in office 8/9, Oakmere House, Mere’s Edge, Helsby. Enter Mere’s Edge site and turn left at the first roundabout. Oakmere House is the second building on the right.
