DISGRACED ex-teacher Christopher Wayne Booth - previously jailed for downloading kiddie porn - has been sent back behind bars after he did it again.
When Booth was released from prison he tried to contact a teenage girl who he previously taught and who he was said to be obsessed with.
He had lost his job and long career as a teacher after he previously sent her text messages.
The girl, taught by Booth when she was 14, alerted police when she received texts again.
Police officers went to his North Wales home and found pornographic pictures including some showing adults having sex with children.
He was found to be in breach of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) by having camera and recording equipment and by surfing the net for porn.
Police also seized a photo-graph, said to have been taken locally, of a schoolgirl's legs.
Booth was jailed for three years after admitting possessing photographic and other equipment, and using the internet for porn, in breach of the SOPO imposed in November, 2004.
He admitted harassing the schoolgirl.
Booth, 46, of Alltami Road, Mold - a teacher at the Groves School in Wrexham until April 2004 - also admitted possessing 64 indecent photographs of children, and five counts of making indecent images.
He was placed on the Sex Offender's register for life and the SOPO tightened so police would be allowed to visit him at any time and check his computer, despite protests from Booth.
He is already banned from working with children.
Mr Justice Butterfield, at Mold Crown Court, warned that if Booth carried on then he would face a life sentence for public protection.
Within a short period of his release from the previous sentence in April last year he continued accessing child porn on the internet.
'I take into account your guilty pleas, co-operation with police and the shame and dis-grace you have brought on yourself and your family.
'But my first concern must be the protection of others,' the judge told him.
His serious position was compounded by his harassment of a young girl, now 17, 'with whom you are, or certainly were, in my judge-ment, obsessed', he said.
Prosecuting, Matthew Dun-ford said in November 2004 Booth was jailed for 15 months, later reduced to 10 on appeal, for possessing child porn, and was released in April last year.
In December, a teenage girl complained to police that Booth was repeatedly sending her text messages.
She responded to find out who it was, and discovered it was a former teacher who had been dismissed from his job after he had previously sent her repeated messages.
'It appears the defendant had, and still has, something of an obsession with her,' Mr Dunford explained.
The new offences were discovered when police visited the home he shared with his elderly mother.
Photographic equipment was found as well as receipts which showed Booth had subscribed to pornographic websites.
Among the 64 photographs of child porn downloaded off the net were 11 images and a movie of sex between children and adults.
Booth was said by his barrister Myles Wilson to have been 'extremely foolish'.
