SUPERSTAR Paloma Faith will be performing live to thousands of music lovers in Delamere Forest this summer.

The 27-year-old singer was announced as the latest act to perform in a series of woodland concerts around the country known as Forestry Commission Live.

The quirky singer, known for hits including Stone Cold Sober, will perform at Delamere Forest on Friday, July 5.

Paloma has been nominated for Best British Female Solo Artist and Mastercard British Album of the Year at this year’s Brit Awards.

She said: “I’m really excited about these shows. It’s going to be a great experience. I am very proud to be British and so happy to do something I love.”

Last year’s Forest Live concerts at Delamere Forest saw more than 12,000 music lovers watch performances by Will Young, Plan B and The Wombats.

Tickets to Paloma’s concert are expected to sell out in a matter of hours, with crowds expected to flock from all over the country to enjoy the music under the trees.
