A RESUBMITTED application was approved for the replacement of a garage by a two-storey student lettings office.
The plans were put forward at 1 Cheyney Road by Mr I Mackin.
The two-storey end terrace property itself has planning permission to be used as a house in multiple occupation by students, according to a report.
The University of Chester nearby objected to the application raising concerns about lack of parking for the office.
The single-storey lean-to garage and storage are at the side and rear of the property, stated the report.
