New images have been released of the luxury student accommodation in Chester which is being created in the former home of The Chronicle.
Chronicle House in Commonhall Street was the base for The Chronicle for about 25 years before the newspaper moved to its current home in Maple House off Sealand Road.
Its old building - which was also the former headquarters of the now defunct Cheshire Observer newspaper - is reaching the closing stages of its transformation into student accommodation by leading property investment firm Knight Knox International, in partnership with Fortis Developments.
The 61-unit development will provide students with access to a range of communal facilities including a fully-equipped gymnasium, laundry, bike storage and entertainment lounge.
Units are priced at £64,995, deluxe studios at £74,995 and premium studios at £69,995.
