THE Trinity Mirror Cheshire Business Awards, sponsored by SAS Daniels and Click Consult, are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year.
And we seeking businesses from across the region to nominate themselves or another business they know well for one of the awards.
There are 11 categories to choose from and the awards are open to all businesses whatever the size of trade.
Carl Wood, commercial director, Trinity Mirror North West & North Wales, said: “Over the past 10 years it has been fantastic to see so many Cheshire businesses rising to the challenges presented, showing now only how talented they are but also their endless determination, entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise, innovation and creativity to make it happen.
“We look forward to receiving your entry, and I hope very much hope to see you at the awards ceremony in October.”
SAS Daniels LLP is proud to support the Cheshire Business Awards for a fourth year as they continue to advise some of the leading businesses in the region, from office locations in Chester, Stockport, Macclesfield and Congleton.
A recent survey which SAS Daniels sponsored found that six out of the top ten companies in Insider’s Top 500 ranking are based in Cheshire; however, its benefits as a business location are still under-appreciated.
One of the most significant facts from the survey was that 46.7%of business leaders said Cheshire was a great place to live but only 17.8% said it had a thriving business community.
The findings have made the firm even more determined to actively get involved with organisations that promote the region as a great place to live, work, visit and do business.
The Cheshire Business Awards are a natural fit and the firm looks forward again to celebrating the ambitious and hardworking businesses and individuals right across the region.
Kaye Whitby, head of the firm’s Chester office won her own award recently, being crowned Business Woman of the Year at the Chester Women in Business Awards.
Since the last awards SAS Daniels also jointly founded Cheshire Professionals, a forward thinking group of professional services that aims to promote and grow the professional services sector in Cheshire and Warrington and provide the market with easy access to quality professional advisors.
