A 51-year-old man from Ellesmere Port has been charged by officers investigating sexual abuse at a sea cadet unit in Chester.
Ian Harrison, from Staffin Avenue, has been charged with six counts of indecent assault against children under 16, three counts of indecent assault against children over 16 and two counts of indecent assault against adults.
The charges relate to two victims aged between 13 and 17-years-old at the time.
The alleged offences took place between 1993 and 2004.
Harrison is due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Wednesday, December 14.
