KARATE kids were in action at a club open day in Newton.
Karate Kai UK Ltd is a family club with classes in Chester and Ellesmere Port.
The classes are open to anyone from aged five upwards and the instructors are all fully qualified.
Sue Griffith, of the club, said: ‘We have lots of families who train together.’
The open day at the New Scene Youth Centre in Newton included Kata training, sparring, relays, rounders and a barbecue.
