FOUR Chester University students are encouraging dog lovers to grab their pets and ‘go walkies’ in aid of the charity, Guide Dogs.
The donation dog walk of the city walls will take place on Sunday, June 12.
Katie Boulton, Jacqui Gunn, Jade Hooper and Sarah Pye have organised “Paws on the walls” because of their belief in the charity.
Katie, 20, said: “I think the life-changing independence their work gives to thousands of blind and partially-sighted people is amazing.
“I hope other people agree with me and get involved in the event.”
The event is part of the national ‘go walkies for Guide Dogs’ organised by the charity.
The walk will start with registration at the Little Roodee car park at 2pm.
The suggested donation is £5.
