IT WAS all change at the Chester Inner Wheel organisation, with the official handover to the newly-elected president.
Outgoing president Christine Westcott was present at the Ramada Hotel in Christleton to hand over the chain of office to Brenda Driver-De Valle.
The event also saw cheques totalling £2,000 presented to representatives of two cancer charities, as a result of recent fundraising events.
A cheque for £1,500 was presented to Marie Curie Cancer Care, while a cheque for £500 was presented to the Countess of Chester’s Breast Care Unit.
