The Chester Forget Me Not Walk, organised by blood cancer charity Bloodwise, takes place on Sunday, September 11 during Blood Cancer Awareness Month.
The charity will raise awareness and understanding of blood cancer, the support that exists for patients and the work that’s being done to beat blood cancer. The walk starts at 10am from St Mary’s Centre.
Join the Chester Fundraising Group on September 11 for a stroll through historic Chester and take in many of the city’s key heritage sights before enjoying some well-earned refreshments at the end.
Pre-registration fees are adult £10, child £5 and family (two adults/two children) £25.
The money raised from this walk will go towards Bloodwise and will help fund their life-saving research into blood cancer.
Bloodwise stops people dying from blood cancer, makes patients’ lives better and looks for ways to stop blood cancer happening in the first place.
Sign up now at bloodwise.org.uk/chester-walk to take advantage of pre-registration prices.
