I AM a resident of Chester and, yes, I smoke

I used to go out drinking two nights a week with around a group of 20 friends (may I add they are also smokers).

Needless to say we boycotted Chester when the ban came in. I can understand why all you non-smokers whine so much, I mean after all I wouldn’t want to smell like a smoker if I wasn't one! But hey isn't that free choice, something that the Government has taken away from us all?

Why on earth the Government chose to do a blanket ban instead of choosing the much more logical idea of smoking pubs and non-smoking pubs?

At the end of the day its just another harebrained, unthought-through stupid illogical idea that has had more consequences than pro’s.
