SIXTH formers at Bishop Heber High School are taking part in the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’ tomorrow (Friday).

Students have worked with the Malpas committee of The Hospice of the Good Shepherd to plan their own event as part of the annual Macmillan Cancer Support initiative.

They took on the task for their Business Studies course which requires them to organise and stage an event.

Their coffee morning takes place at the Jubilee Hall from 8.30am until 1pm.

There will be several stalls at the event and including produce, plants, soft furnishings, books, Jamie Oliver kitchenware, samba jewellery and phoenix cards.

A raffle with prizes including a ChloBo bracelet and a signed Chelsea FC shirt will also be held.

Tickets are £2, which includes coffee/tea and biscuits. For more information, call 01948 860571 or e-mail
