THE arrival of award-winning artist Peter Smith at Castle Galleries in St Michael’s Row, Chester, reflects the quirkier side of life.
Mr Smith made an appearance in the gallery on Sunday to coincide with his May Contain Nuts national tour, and his limited-edition prints and sculptures will be on show there until Christmas.
The artist was signed by leading fine art publisher Washington Green Fine Art three-and-a-half years ago and won the Top Artist of the Year Award from Castle Galleries in 2006.
This is his fifth major tour and will bring together elements of all his previous work with a satirical and whimsical look at political correctness.
