A POPULAR Cheshire attraction is hatching a brand new look for the Easter holidays.
The Ice Cream Farm, Tattenhall, home of the world famous Cheshire Farm Ice Cream, has undergone a huge transformation, inside and out.
Director Jonathan Fell, said: “We decided that it was time to update our visitor facilities and by taking on more space within the building we have created the ingredients for a great day out.”
The new facilities include a fully refurbished café, a multi-level indoor play area and new parking area. The Ice Cream Farm has full disabled access.
Jonathan added: ‘The indoor play area has been specially designed for the Ice Cream Farm. We will be able to host children’s parties and the café will keep mums and dads happy too.
“We have all worked very hard over the last few weeks but the finished product will be more than worth it.”
The farm is close to an exciting new attraction in Tattenhall – a 300-berth narrowboat marina, which is holding its first open day on Sunday.
Diana Barbour, managing director of Bolesworth Estate, said: “We are sure that there will be many businesses locally that will benefit from the investment made here and at the marina and we are sure that both projects will provide a real boost to the local rural economy.”
