THE expansion continues for a firm of Cheshire chartered surveyors as they announce the senior appointments of two new members of staff to oversee the property agency and planning and construction departments in the region.
Michael Harris joins Fisher German as a Partner and will look after residential operations for Cheshire and the surrounding area.
Danny McEvoy joins the firm at associate level from Liverpool-based Mason Owen. He is tasked with developing the construction and building surveying services offered in the northwest through Fisher German’s offices in Chester, Knutsford and St Helens.
Both have vast experience in the region in their respective fields. Michael began his career in Chester in the mid 1990s predominately operating in the Cheshire, North Wales, South Manchester, Shropshire and Staffordshire areas. His new role will see him delivering significant growth and increased market share in these regions, specialising in the sale of country homes, city houses, developments and estates.
Danny specialises in commercial and rural property issues.
Michael said: “Fisher German is a highly regarded firm with a brand associated with professionalism and trust. We have an ambitious estate agency department committed to offering first-class service.”
Danny added: “We will be building on the solid foundations that Fisher German built in the region.”
